The Many Moods of Ella

yes I realize it's not Halloween or Christmas.

Ella has a new favorite villain. Yeah that's right my daughter has favorite villains. She loves the Evil Queen from Snow white, but sadly EQ has taken a second place in villain coolness to the Wicked Witch of the West. Ella loves to play Wizard of Oz and usually reprises the role of Dorthy, but just the other day she discovered I had a witch's hat from my Harry Potter days hiding behind my bed. Oh was she excited. We don't really have to buy her new toys. I just keeping pulling things out of storage. Anyways after I found the hat she asked me if I also had a black dress, a green face, and green hands too in my closet. Sadly I can no longer find my green face and green hands. :-) Seriously where does she get this stuff. She was happy wearing her fancy dress coat and just pretending to have a green face and hands. We must have played Wizzard of Oz for over an hour before we finally moved on to another game.

Ok and to explain the Christmas photo. No it's not an old pic from December, it's from May. Last week Ella decided that it was time for Christmas. She pulled out the Mrs. Santa costume, we read her favorite Christmas book, and watched Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer. Today Rudolf the stuffed Reindeer was pulled down from the top shelf of the closet where he hibernates until winter, and we watched the movie again. So Merry Christmas from Ella everyone. :-)
